Q1- What kind of pots do you use?
A- Our extensive product testing has shown that ceramic pots are the best to arrange our carved fruit. The ceramic pots are the
best as they look pretty, wont topple over like wicker baskets can and can be reused afterwards as gorgeous plant pots. It also means that for our corporate
clients we can brand the pots with their logo.
Q2- Are your arrangements made from fresh fruits?
A- Yes. All of our arrangements are made from all fresh fruits which we buy daily as an order comes through.
Q3- Do you add any preservatives to your fruits?
A- No preservatives, additives or sweeteners are used in any of our creations.
Q4- Do your products contain nuts, soya or lecithin?
A- The arrangements are made with fruit only unless stated. However, all arrangements are made where nuts, soya lecithin & milk products are handled.
Q5- How long do the creations last?
A- We don't add any preservatives, artificial additives, colourings or sweeteners to our fruits. They are completely natural and therefore
should be served immediately as with all fresh fruit products. They can last up to 2 days if refrigerated.
Q6- Do you accept orders for weddings, companies' receptions or big parties?
A- Yes, we do. However these types of orders should be discussed with our sales team in advance.

Q7- Which delivery areas do you cover?
A- We deliver to many areas within the South East of the UK. Please check your postcode in the Postcode checker box here to see if we deliver to your area.
Q8- Can you customise the arrangements?
A- Yes, we can. Please leave your contact number and one of our fruit designers will contact you.
Q9- Can I pick up my arrangement myself to avoid delivery charges?
A- Unfortunately we do not have a "pick up" service right now, however this service will be offered soon.
Q10- Is it possible to place orders for Sunday deliveries?
A- Yes we do deliver on Sundays, Bank Holidays and other Public holidays. Please check your postcode in the Postcode checker box here for prices.
Q11- Do you deliver for parties out-of-hours?
A- Yes we can. Please contact us and one of our fruit designers will be able to help you.
Q12- Do you accept cheques or cash?
A- Since we are a mail order company, we are not able to accept cheque or cash. However, we do accept Visa,
MasterCard, Visa Delta, UK Maestro, Solo Debit and Visa Electron debit cards.
Q13- What are your customer service procedures?
A- At Fruit Like Flowers we don’t just sell you a fruit bouquet, we sell you the Fruit Like Flowers experience. This starts from
our extensively trained sales staff to our polite delivery staff to our after sales policy where we’ll even send you an email when your gift has been
delivered with the time.
Q14- How do the "Chocolate dipped boxes" come wrapped?
A- The chocolate dipped boxes come beautifully gift wrapped in a gold box with a chiffon bow. This box is then placed in a matching
gift bag to add to the beauty. This also means that the boxes are easy to transport.
